These terms apply to everyone who uses daass.com, the DAASS Academy and any DAASS course ("DAASS", "we", "us" means DAASS LLC, 18 Spencer St., STE 10D, Brooklyn, NY 11205). By creating an account, enrolling or buying you agree to them.
Your account
- Your account is personal. Don't share it — a course is licensed to one person.
- Students can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
- Keep your email address current: sign-in codes, receipts and course updates are sent there.
Courses and access
- Each course page states what is included, the format and how long you have access. Access starts when you enroll, unless the course says otherwise.
- Lessons are for your own learning. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or publish any lesson, video, worksheet or other material.
- We keep improving courses. Lessons may be updated, reordered or replaced with equal or better material.
Payments and payment plans
- Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- With a payment plan you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on each scheduled date until the plan is paid in full. If a payment fails we will let you know and retry; if it is not resolved within the grace period shown in your account, access pauses until the balance is paid.
- Coupons and promotions apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Certificates
Certificates are issued when a course's requirements are completed and carry an ID anyone can check at daass.com/verify. We may revoke a certificate that was obtained through a breach of these terms.
Conduct
Be respectful to instructors, staff and fellow students. We may suspend or close an account that shares materials, abuses the platform or harms others.
No guarantee of results
Our courses teach skills. Income, employment, licensing or business results depend on many things outside our control, and we do not promise any particular outcome unless a course's page states a specific promise.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DAASS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: [email protected].
